Resources for Coders - p.1

These books and newsletters are great for studying, review, and as daily references in coding. For example, quick anatomy charts and medical abbreviation books are handy aids in coding. Also keep the Official Coding Guidelines and Faye Brown's book near by.

At work, your encoder will most likely include Coding Clinic and CPT Assistant references. These newsletters are a must for hospital coders, but they are expensive to buy yourself.
